Hello,

There are 2 documents concerning sip provider config and both are sticky.
They are very diffrent as content.
Most of the people on forum said to enter all info through web interface and one document from sticky ask for changing sip.conf and extentions.conf using an editor.

Please let me know what to use for configuring sip account provider with vicidialnow

Read the VicidialNOW Getting Started Guide. It's here: http://vicidialnow.org/wiki/vnow/GettingStartedGuide .

There is no need of manual editing of files, you should use web interface for it. Make sure to enter correct seetings of your provider as well as dialling rule. Once you save your settings from web wait for about couple of minutes for new settings to be active before you make any calll or try.
