Paused agents. Urgent please help

My agents show up in admin section as paused even though they are on call and some agents are just on pause even though the resume button is clicked.
I am using vicidial 2.0.4-153
Centos

upgrade to vicidial 2.0.5 this probleme is sloved at this version

we also got the same problem but not like john... we are using 2.0.5 and still the problem occurs.

our vicidialnow version is

VERSION: 2.0.5-173
BUILD: 90320-0424

Loadavg when this happens?

Network connections?

kind of workstations used by agents?

so any suggestion of specs of the of stations of agents.

this is a major issue with us specially clients are watching the RTD.

we thought of upgrading to 2.05 but since with what stated here that even that release have some issues with it. we might also consider your recommendations.

and remember to post your full system information, this may help to find a similarity between those with the problem (vicidialnow version or method of installation, vicidial version, asterisk version, zaptel version, any other software installed beyond the stuff auto-installed with the iso and hardware basics such as CPU & any digium or other cards)
