My calls are going perfectly but all of a sudden I see an Error of authentication problem.

Is this due to asterisk ?

so you're saying that you've been making calls for hours and "suddenly" the password stops working?

if so... ask your provider why they are rejecting the call. they may be sending that code back as a rejection reason even though the reason is something else (for which there is no code, presumably).

like ... "you should not be using 000000000 for your callerid" or "your ASR is too low, so we have to cut you off" or any one of a whole bunch of other magical reasons.

But at least verify THEY are rejecting the call, then find out why.

If my VOIP provider doesn't support CLI, can I still FORCE it from asterisk to send CLI ?

you mean callerid? you don't have to force it, it is set in the vicidial campaign. and yours seems to be set to 000000000

and to reply to "if they dont support" ... they either have to support it or have your callerid locked to a specific number. either way, YOU can send the callerid by setting it in the Campaign. whether THEY pass it through or change it to your "assigned" callerid is a different story, but i've never seen it changed, it's always a pass-through.
