call are not forwarding to softphone

hello there,
in my server vicidial now....call are coming ...in asterisk...asterisk shows the numbers...
but no response in softphone....
anyone have any suggestions?

there is not much...about inbound zap trunks..and inbound call settings ...
also there is not much not about extensions.conf for inbound settings...

i m using E1 connectivity for inbound...my DID number for server is 8989.
using sangoma card....
now what can be the extensions.conf file entries and other entries...plz if any can give details for inbound settings inluding zap...it ll be highly appreciable..
