Low Volume

In one of the station , volume is very low and agent needs to click on UP volume button on Agent CRM to adjust the volume.

It only happen in one agent PC.

What could be the reason and how to resolve it ?

Does the problem follow the agent if they move to another station?

Looks like system problem.. Not dialer
