Calls are not getting forwarded to agents.

Hi All,

I am a Newbie,, i have downloaded vicidialnow 1.2 and installed the same as per the manual, i am able to do the manual calls, and even when i try to do the predictive dialing, it shows that the calls are getting through but the calls are not forwarded to the agents. i do not know much about this can anybody help me. I have been facing this issue since 1 month.

Is you VicidialNOW server behind a router or firewall? Please post the output of the Asterisk CLI when dialing.

I am really sorry about that gardo, i would like to inform you that actually i have a home based center with 3 seats and got this server installed from some dialer provider,, and after installing all this he said that it is done and some setttings will be done by him after he reaches his city. after he went he was not able to do so and asked me to come to his city or download the vici 1.2 and install again,, i did the same and he was not able to do the settings again and today finally he told me that he wont be able to do that,, and that is what made me to come to this forum.

and i really do not know anything about all this,, if needed i ll give the server access to check the same.

would request if u can help me with this issue.
