I am a network support at a BPO our company is trying out Vicidialnow for an outbound dailing process, we require an autodailer with no agents for making outbound calls in huge volumes.Since i am new to this concept i require your help. Kindly help me out the with configuration of IP PBX BROADCAST DAILER WITH PRERECORDED MSG on vicidialnow.
