Vicidial configuration start

Greetings to All members,
Im new to this forum as well as vicidialnow , Ive few things to ask caue I just join a new office where they have vicidial im not much familiar with it,

1# Configuration of vicidial now (either cbt or basic tutorial)

2# How do I find the recording path in vicidialnow

3# how to I setup a new vicidial now server which will have two ITSP accounts ,2 TRUNK ,7 Extension, 2 outbond routing and recording of each call.

4# I'm having a issue with current server , the IVR is not running .

hope some one direct me to correct path . Looking for your kind response.

gardo thanks alot for such a nice manual . I would be glad if you provide VICIDIAL Manager Manual and VICIDIAL Agent Manual too , they are really well documented by going through those I could easily configure it. Looking forward for your kind response.
