Transfer Call To An Agent

Hello guys,


I need help badly.

How do you transfer a call to an agent exactly. What I have done is click the transfer button and put in the number to dial and click the Blind Transfer button. But it only called the softphone, but it doesn't register to the vicidial agent screen.

Please point me to the right direction.

You have to select AGENTDIRECT as the transfer group and use the local closer button.

Hello Matt,

I wasn't able to test the call transfer right away, it's just now.

Anyway, I tried transferring a call using the local closer button after choosing the AGENTDIRECT and putting the phone number to call.

any help?

You put in n agent ID, not a number to call for AGENTDIRECT
