For some reason, when an agent transfers a call over to a remote agent, the information for the caller gets disorientated.
Instead of the right information following the transfer someone else's record gets thrown in...
Any ideas?

Thank you for your reply as this is an ongoing issue I cannot seem to solve.
Our vicidial.php version is: 2.0.5-173
Our build is: 90320-0424
The calls are being transferred by a telemarketer in india, which is then transferred to a closer that resides in canada.
Bandwidth is definitely not an issue as they have an abundance of it.
The caller information pops up on the telemarketer in INDIA correctly.
Once the telemarketer transfers the call to the Canadian closer... the Canadian closer then receives the wrong Name/address etc etc.
Any help is very very appreciated.

How exactly is the agent using ViciDial to transfer the calls? step-by-step please.
Asterisk CLI output and agiout logfile output would be helpful as well.
