hi every one,
am using vicidialnow, my process includes that i have to transfer the interested customer to the verification person who is located in some other place, what exactly i should do is

* first i have to place the customer on hold
* i have to call the verifying person and i have to inform about the customer
* i have to transfer the call. it should be like three way conference.
all the three should be in line i.e agent , customer and the verifying person.


any idea about how to do this ,
