"latest one" for a version is not particularly helpful. There is a version number on almost every screen such as "vicidial 2.0.5" and a build number. Listing them both IS helpful. But you did try! Which is more than I can say for a lot of first time posters. So:

Please read the stickies (the posts marked as sticky at the top of each category) and the MANUAL (available on EFLO.net). In there you will find that you need to post your hardware and software with versions and any Other Software you may have installed in your system.

Put this information in your signature and you will save yourself a lot of 'waiting' time while noone can really help you because they don't have this information.

Also, you may find that you answer your own question or find out where your answer may be (so you don't have to wait for an answer ...).

Then come back! We're happy to help.

That being said: If you remove "phone" gs102 (if i recall) you will get rid of the "dupe" and no longer get the first already in use message.

I'm not sure how to answer the "can I remove those OPTIONAL IP addresses" question ... they're optional, so you CAN remove them. They are meant to hold the IP address of that user's PHONE and COMPUTER. But the system will dynamically register them as you go, so you don't need them.

Reading the manual would probably be helpful for you. Having a "Pro" walk you through your fist campaign may not be a bad idea either. :) Shouldn't take more than a couple hours, but may save you weeks of "figuring".

Obviously The Vicidial Group (Makers of Vicidial) are quite experienced at this. Several other of us (myself included) also offer this service.
