session has been disabled

while agent received a call, her screen was shown Session has been disabled and another link Go Back button, after clicking go back button it will go back again on this screen.

On Report>Time On VDad - she was not login.

this is blended inbound auto /outbound manual.

Please read the stickies and the MANUAL (available on EFLO.net) before posting. In there you will find that you need to post your hardware and software with versions and any Other Software you may have installed in your system.

PS: Is it possible someone else logged in as her at another station? Or that she left her computer on the disposition screen for an extended period of time? or that her computer lost contact with the server?
