Greetings to All ,

I'm curious to know about REMOTE AGENTS how does it works , can some please guide me . I just got a task to get hosted predective dialer mean client dial out from out side . Any example would be appreciated thanks

"remote agents" = agent without computer

this type of agent is unable to "disposition" a lead after the call, as they have NO interface with the system.

Also, they have to answer their phone for each call, which requires RING TIME.

also, they have to be logged in/out by a system administrator unless they are given special access to the remote agent interface (which would be unlikely, since they don't have a computer ...).
