Queuemetrics and VicidialNow

I try to install queuemetrics of queuemetrics.txt procedure, but it's very understandable. I question whether anyone knows the proper procedure to install and configure Queuemetrics and vicidialnow on one server? :)

You have to install QueueMetrics first, have you tried the instructions on the queuemetrics.com site?
