no customer info on manual dial

we had a problem with our vicidial here... when an agent calls back a customer, the customer's info is not loaded on the agent UI. i double checked the number and find that it exists on our database.

what seems to be the problem here? the agent was speaking with this customer seconds ago and then the line was cut... and when he tried to call the customer back... no info loaded on the agent UI.

Your agents must have forgotten to click the "preview call" instead of the regular manual call.
