problem detecting Answering Machine

Greetings to All,,
I want to auto detect answsering machine call drop them and not to forward them to my agents . I just enabled the CPD AMD Action=dispo . may be Im doing it wrong ?any idea guys.

I dont have the full manual in sample I didnt see any answering machine detection? or might be I skiped it if it is there in sample version. well could you please provide me the exact link if its been discussed in forum .

dude, you gotta search just like i did. i don't keep a bookmark for every piece of information on this site, it would look like the bible in post-it-notes.
google is your friend. the volume of free support and information for this free software is staggering, but you have to look for it. there's too much to have it all at your fingertips (unless you are Google, and then there's no such thing as too much).
and if you're not sure, READ the manual before deciding it isn't in there. the worst that could happen ... you learn more about vicidial. i don't think that's a bad thing at all.
AMD isn't easy, but it isn't rocket science either. works much better than it used to, as well.
of course, if you want someone to spoon feed it to you and just "make it happen", you can call The Vicidial Group ... they can make it happen in a short heartbeat. For a fee. Or save yourself the cash and use Google.
