The "Dialer: Auto-Dial Stats" report does not display in detail what the rest of the calls are labeled if they are not dropped or answered my report shows
EG:
total drop calls 5 13.89%
percent of drop calls take out of answers: 5 / 19 26.32%
Total NA Calls-Busy,Disconnect, RingNoAnswer: 17 47%
and only 9 of these calls were answered by agents
total calls for that day are 36
so if 5 + 9 = 14, what are the rest of the calls labeled as?
if they are not dropped but answered but the agents only took 9 where are the 5 missing calls?

Hi,
To get detailed report about each call. From Admin Link choose Reports->VDAD CAMPAIGN OUTBOUND REPORT, select start and end dates, campaign and shift and press submit. You'll get detail how each and every call was dispositioned.
