no leads in the hooper

There are leads uploaded however even when the campaign & the list is active there are no calls being dialed as the hooper shows 0. However we are able to make manual calls using the soft phones

I picked up if you want to upload say 200 leads set the the hopper level to the one above the amount the leeds u wanna upload.

Give it some time to upload the leads to the database
