HI everyone,
We are connected with a provider SIP with link E1 and we want use a trunk SIP, we have two IP adresses 10.1.x.x and 10.106.x.x, and two cards Ethernet in our Vicidial Server, 10.106.x.x directly connected to our Gateway => E1 => SIP provider, we have also two DNS 80.23.x.x 80.23.x.x to use for connection , but I don't know how to create a trunk SIP just with those informations,
Any help can appreciate
Thanks

I do not know exactly what your setup is. For me, I use 2 IP addresses to access 2 distinct LANs (with interface eth0 and virtual interface eth0:1). Asterisk doesn't mind this setup. Be sure to check the externip field in sip.conf to be the one visible from your VoIP provider.
On my ViciDialNow install, everything works fine with 2 IPs, except auto-dialing...
What's your issue precisely? What does 'sip show peers' say?

this is an asterisk question. after you have these working in asterisk, you can use them in vicidial. the digium forums and your provider can usually be very helpful to get your system up and running in Asterisk. if they do NOT work in asterisk, they cannot be used by Vicidial.
ordinarily your E1 provider who is getting $$ from you should be very happy to get your system connected to asterisk.
however, i am a little confused by your use of E1, last i knew E1 was connected via a special card (Digium) and not through your ethernet port. E1 trunks are not SIP trunks, they are Zap trunks. if they are SIP trunks coming in through your NIC (ethernet port), then vicidial does not need your DNS, that is handled by the Operating System ... once again not related to Vicidial itself.
could you post your complete setup? (vicidialNOW version or other installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, zaptel version, and hardware and any extra software installed)
