Predictive dial but no call to agent

Hi, please help
I read the manual (160pages), i still cannot make prodictive run
Vicidial 2.0.5
Asterisk 1.2
Server DELL
Protocol IAX
T2

Campaign with dial method=manual works very well
But when dial method = adapt-tapered, calls go out but the system don't transfer the call to the agent.
So nothing happen on the agent screen

Please post CLI from a successful manual dial for comparison.
