I just dinstall vicidialnow all goes well
except in the predictive effect my running asterisk has
enpassant calls then what the agents do not receive call
adding that the campaign mode and configure predictiva

honestly, i'd like to help, but i'm not entirely sure what language that was in.
i'm not sure what translator you used to convert to english ... but try another one. the only thing i may have gotten was "the agents do not receive call".
unfortunately, you have not included any of the information about your system that would make it possible to even THINK about answering your question.
it is a requirement to read the managers manual and the stickies for each forum before posting. in the stickies you will find that it is a requirement to post your entire system setup (installation method, vicidial version with build, asterisk version, os, any other software installed besides vicidial). without this information we have no way of helping you.
