I am looking to see if there is a way to display the Lead ID of a call on the Real-Time Campaign Summary

It's in the data of the script, it would be pretty easy to add it, but you would have to alter the code.

What would that involve and could this be done while its running??

You can alter any reporting code while the system is running, just make a copy and work from that.
