Hi all,
I am facing the problem of Dead Agi below is my cli status. Kindly help urgently ..

I get the error every time "that this is not a vailid extension" and not able to dial a number. I have checked my sip that is registered and checked the dialplan aswell it is dialing the correct number i dont know where i am wrong.

Please point to the entry in extensions.conf or extensions-vicidial.conf that you think this number should be dialing through:
