Paused Agent Dialing

A few hours ago I had only one agent logged into our Adapt_Average campaign). The agent was dispositioning a call but the system kept dialing and we droped 5 calls in a row. Any idea why it would keep dialing? The available only tally was set to Y.

Did you confirm that there were no other agent records in the vicidial_live_agents table at this time?

No I did not. Is there any log file I could pull that would show what was in the table at that time?

We did have the AST_timeonVDADall.php report up at the time when the calls droped and had only one agent in the a status of disposition.
