Set-up 3 way calls

Hi!

Is there someone here who can tell me, how to set up the transfer conference functions where i can see the LOCAL CLOSER, HANGUP XFER LINE, HANGUP BOTH LINES, LEAVE 3 WAY CALL, BLIND TRANSFER, DIAL WITH CUSTOMER, PARK CUSTOMER DIAL BUTTON? I read the manual, but there's no steps i found there. can someone help me.? Thanks!

Those buttons are "context sensitive" as it were, and become available when they can be used, and not until then.

For instance, if there is no "local closer" campaign or if the user in question does not have permission to transfer a prospect to a local closer, that button will not be available. As another example, "hangup xfer line" will only be available if there is an active transfer line, which could then be "hung up". No need for that button to be available if it cannot be used.

I do not recall if the use of these buttons is covered in the "Agent Manual", but that is where their proper use would be documented. The requirement before use, of course, is that there be a reason and permission to use each of them.
