I have never done any config with ViciNOW CE andAudioCode.

Can anyone throw light on this on how to do it ?

if you can make it work with asterisk, it will work with vicidial. but you have to configure it to work with asterisk first. since it's obviously an asterisk targeted product, that should not be difficult to accomplish.
