Thank you for your information. We are only in the test mode with one agent at this time. And I have loaded only about 1300 rows of lead and only 100 rows of leads left to be dialed. Calls went through and calls dropped after having delays for about 60sec are 50%-50%. My SIP carrier allows up to 5 channels.

Here are some more output. Please have a look and share your knowledge.

Got SIP response 480 "temporarily unavailable" back from 64.192.112.13
-- SIP/gafachi-b72160a0 is circuit-busy
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)

you have a problem with you provider registry
or maybe your phone number puted in the lead are not all dialer .
try to make sip show registry in CLI to cheack if your line is registered good.
i think you have a mistake in your dialplan ?

Thank you for your prompt information. I have seen my provider as registered, but seen twice as follows.

vici*CLI> sip show registry
Host Username Refresh State Reg.Time
sip.gafachi.com:5060 userID 105 Registered Fri, 20 Nov 2009 16:21:51
sip.gafachi.com:5060 userID 105 Registered Fri, 20 Nov 2009 16:21:51

Here are my dial plan, please have a look into it and advise me:

exten => _81NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _81NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial,SIP/${EXTEN:1}@gafachi||tTor
exten => _81NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

However, please be noted that only some calls are dropping while others are going fine.

thanks

do you use a full recording ?
what do you have as cpu and ram ?

and do you have change same thing in your vicidial ?
and generally with only one seats in predective you can not wait a big thing as quality and speed
try to add more seats in same time.

gafachi tends to work best without registering. NO user/password ... ip security only.

and i mean that ... do not even send a username or auth type setup in your sip, it will cause irregularities. they have a good, reliable system, but their setup is non-standard. stick to pure ip authentication and it should smooth out.

their online system is a little hard to comprehend, so you may want to talk to tech support on this topic to get it set up perfectly.

Thank you for your information.

I will try with ip authentication. Actually, I have talked to their tech support and open a trouble ticket, but haven't received no response so far.
