Hi all

I have 6 agents logged in and i am in adapt_tapered dial method and dial level set to 3 and lot of bad leads are there.

Here system is dialing abt apprx 18 to 20 calls at a time and more some times but still agents are waiting because of bad leads so here if i try to make use of Adapt Intensity Modifier, I set Adapt Intensity Modifier to + 40 but no use and -40 also no change.

can anybody give me pointers on this how to use this one ?.

Adapt Intensity Modifier is how aggressive the predictive algorithm will act when making changes as it does every 15 seconds to the dial level. In the end it doesn't make much difference, but with a higher setting it will raise the dial level quicker. Have you tried raising your dial level?

If the dial level is set to more than 3 , i think it will make more calls but here my point is to make use of intensity modifier by keeping dial level at 3 and to see how aggresivley it is dialing more calls.

I just wanted to know usage of Adapat intersilty modifer here. Help link says

"This field is used to adjust the predictive intensity either higher or lower. The higher a positive number you select, the greater the dialer will increase the call pacing when it goes up and the slower the dialer will decrease the call pacing when it goes down. The lower the negative number you select here, the slower the dialer will increase the call pacing and the faster the dialer will lower the call pacing when it goes down. Default is 0. This field is not used by the MANUAL or RATIO dial methods."

The higher a positive number you select, the greater the dialer will increase the call pacing when it goes up and the slower the dialer will decrease the call pacing when it goes down. ------> This is not happening in my case.

Pls suggest me how i can make use of it ?
