Help Needed... Lead not loading to Agent screen

After Clicking LEAD PREVIEW > DIAL NEXT NUMBER > nothing happen
all fields get {undefined} place in them as there value

also when just login as agent01 i notice that the time at the top of the page shows [ NnNnNnNNnNnN ] and at the bottom of the page where the server IP should show... i'm getting nothing just blank..

due to my router my IP Address format is 10.0.X.X and my GateWay is 10.0.X.X so at the end of the my installation i changed my IP address from 192.168.1.2 to 10.0.X.X and Add my router 10.0.XX

My csv file /Lead is Good...

My Installation Version is ViCiDialNoW1.2 and 1.3
[the same problem on both version]

Please Help...

for all new guys here
vicidial is good tools.
but you need to understand it.
read the manual from vicidial groupe it will help you to understand all this things.
buy the manual then you will find vicidial so easy .

Read the manual on eflo.net. Read the stickies for this forum. Either reinstall, this time with the correct IP address during the install so you don't have to change it after the installation (not a bad idea, by the way, practicing the installation) or use the proper use of the Admin script to change the server IP for you. Search for "ADMIN_update_server_ip" which may take you to several posts discussing the use of the script. Including this one: http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/v ... teserverip

I am using ViCiDial manual..... nevertheless this is the error i am getting after following the manual step by step...

1. I can assume if I want to. 8)

2. Don't tell me what to do. (Or can you do that if you want to, too?)

3. You seem sensitive, touchy even?

4. Read the rest of the post. There was advice in there which you did not mention following/trying. (or is that too much to ask?)
