Planning to use VNow 1.3 with GSM PRI and Sangoma Zaptel Timer.

I have never used GSM PRI. Just heard about it and doing some research about it before I can jump in it. I heard I DONT need E1 lines and for 15 agents , 15 GSM Sim cards will do ? GSM PRI can hold 15 SIM Cards ? { SORRY FOR MY SILLY QUESTIONS }

Any suggestions or precaution as such before getting into the config ?

Are you going to call mobilephones?
Start with checking if the hardware is supported by asterisk

GSM PRI

Hello,

Do you mean to say that you have an external box which holds 30 GSM cards and outputs a PRI which is then connected to Asterisk over PRI ?

Correct me if wrong.

1) Will call Mobile and Landlines.

2) Never seen GSM PRI but heard abt it. So instead of PRI, thinking to use GSM PRI.

Kindly advice

Need it for my 20 agents and will call at 1:1 or max 1:2 ratio.

I have set up more than 20-25 centers with Vici with SIP but never did any with PRI or GSM PRI Gateway , Thats why Confused !!

OR

Anyone using VoIP-GSM Gateway ??

- - is an IP based SIP-GSM Gateway, which enables to make calls directly from IP phones to GSM networks.

Or any "open source software" which can be integrated with Vici which can do it as VOIP GSM gateway cost for 32 channels around 5000 USD ?
