where do I retrieve the recorded compaign conversation

I am wondering where/which directory should I go to look over the recorded conversation from agent to the client in vicidialnow?

You can check in /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/ORIG and for gsm file /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/GSM
