Preload ISO 4.03 64bit
I am sure I was able to play recordings from find a lead. Now the last wav file in /var/asterisk/monitorDONE was 5/24 none from this week. But I do have wav files in /var/asterisk/monitor with today's date.
No matter, the boss cannot play as the link does not exist in ADMINISTRATION: Lead record modification

It does show a filename without a link.

Can anyone help me figure this out?
I am pouring over the manual. Is there a time before the recordings are available?

check your crontab (crontab -l) if you got these scripts setup to be running (and not commented with #):
AST_CRON_audio_1_move_mix.pl --MIX
AST_CRON_audio_1_move_VDonly.pl
AST_CRON_audio_2_compress.pl --GSW

if so then you can try to run them with the debug flag and check for errors.

I know I had some problem with a script when a file had a space in the filename

I ran those scripts from command line and all is well.
There was no entry in the crontab,
probably got zapped when I followed the instructions from 4.03 patch and bugfix:
ViciBox v.4.0.3 Database-only crontab loading issue

How often should those scripts be run. We have an 8core 4Ghz monster with only 4 agents,
I see cpu% hit 2% every now and then.
Can you give me an example of the crontab entry?

ok, strange, might be more stuff missing in your crontab, well here is the recording mixing/compressing/ftping part I use and I guess is the default except I use gsw format:
