Hello;
vicidial VERSION: 2.8-403a, Asterisk 1.8.21.0-vici-beta, Single Machine.
I am able to record the calls, and the I can see the calls in the list. But, I am not able to see the recorded calls when I do search from List --> Search for A Lead. WHY? Although I can see the recorded calls from the Users --> Stats and from the Admin --> Phone
Where is the wrong?

OK Guys .. I found it.
I can do a search for a lead, then I have to select it and then I will go to the Administration Lead Record Modification. There, I can go down and I can find the recorded call.

do you encounter problems like this The requested URL /RECORDINGS/MP3/20130618-172346_1592269879-all.mp3 was not found on this server. i cant download recording via admin.php.......please advice..thanks

Hello myquerry;
Please mention your vicidial version and the method you installed it.
Do you see the recorded file at the vicidial web interface?
What error do you see?
I think you need to fix the permissions that are existed in the file: /etc/apache2/conf.d/vicirecord.conf? Please post your vicirecord.conf conten.
