Hi, so in my dialer. I have closers logging into a inbound only campaign. However it has a lot of the default system statuses in there. As a nice good admin. I like to remove all possibility of agent error as possible.
What is the best way of removing default statuses from the inbound campaign, without it effecting the outbound campaign. And then I just want to add my three custom statuses to the inbound campaign and that's it.
