Off-Hook: the popup screen if did not press hangup

vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial 2.8-404a, Build 130605-0841, asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici, Single Machine, Vtiger 5.4

If did not press hangup for a while after the call finished in the Off-Hook then a screen appears as a notification that call finished, if to press finished and resume or to go back. This is a good screen that helps to notify the agent. But the problem that it is appearing on the same agent desktop page, so if the agent was working on another application (like excel or word), he will not see this screen and will note notice that he did not hangup. Is it possible to let this screen appear as a pop up windows at the computer screen it self, so the agent will see it even if he is working on another application?

Actually this hangup issue is causing a trouble in the call center because the agent is forgetting to press it specifically if they are working on another screen (and specifically if they are not used to press hang up as they were used that the call will automatically hang up if the caller hang up). So at least, this pop up screen that appears to notify the agent for hanging up, to be a pop up at the computer screen to let the agent note this well and do the hangup even if he is at another application.

training issue. this is the way vicidial is designed to work. if you want it to work a different way, you'll need to have someone customize it.

OK, I said we can pay for it to get it .. But it is a very important feature (and more than important).
