Hi, I currently have a survey campaign in testing. And when the customer presses 1 they are transferred to ingroup of agents.
However, I am seeing this, "V72211380400003911" for instance as the customers phone number.
Two campaigns, A outbound blended, B outbound blended.
Campaign "B" is running the survey, and has remote agent logged in. So it will dial.
Campaign "A" is running traditional ratio outbound blended campaign.
Remote agent has a phone number for external extension that leads to agents ingroup.
