Cant download a 72000 leads list!!

Hello everybody.

Im having a problem with one my lists.i want do download it ,but i press download the list is 0 bytes and its empty.On the other the side this list has 72000 leads on the system.

How is it possible??
I have read that php.ini configuration must be changed.where can i find the php.ini in Vicibox 6.0.2 ???
because in etc/ it isnt. Is this at etc/php5/apache2/php.ini the right one ????

I have solved this problem.It seems that the server must be restarted after changes on the php.ini file.
Now i can download this List
