Carrier settings page 15 of vicidial managers manual

Hi

I am doing fresh install on dedicated server from vicibox7.iso live and i am on page 15 of vicidial managers manual. I am bit confused here i have bought minutes for the dialler for which i have received user, pass and IP. Now do i have to enter these details in carrier window and how to go from here? any help?

Here is the default one that i use on our server set ups.

You should also post the rest of the entries for the carrier entry and most importantly state your problem ... have you tested a call through this carrier? Did it fail?
