Checking voicemail, WebRTC Viciphone

Previously agents would check voicemail dialing extension *98 on softphone. Xlite, Zoiper, etc. would they just do this same with webRTC VICIPHONE?

Programming *98 to accomplish a task is not related to which phone is doing the dialing. When a VoIP phone dials a number, it goes where it goes based on the asterisk dialplan. If you reinstalled a fresh server to get the WebPhone, you'll need to put the *98 dialplan entry back wherever you had it. If the webphone was connected to a FreePBX server, then the *98 on the freepbx server would be the same as any other VOIP phone.
