In the previous lessons, we have learned how to install and configure VICIidial extensions, users, trunks, Manual campaigns, and preview dialing campaigns.

Before we go to more advanced topics such as Predictive Dialing Let’s take a look at some VICIDial features. In this video, I will show how you can access reports and I will give u an introduction to some useful reports.

How to add or edit call statuses in VICIdial? (VICIdial Configuration - part7)

Through the use of custom campaign statuses, you can have statuses that only exist for a specific campaign. in part 7 of the #VICIdial Configuration video training series, we will learn how to add or edit custom campaign statuses and also system statuses.
