vicibox compaigns no live calls

at forst srry for my bad english

i installed vicibox 9.0.2 and i doing update and all it s ok
but when agents logued , compaign working and another always 0 ringing
exemple i have 3 compaigns , 2 ok and 1 not ringing , hopper it s ok and all ok but no ringing calls

how many channels does your voip carrier provide to you? how many agents in each campaign? what is the dial ratio set to?

Ordinarily: Admin->Servers: "Max Trunks".

Verify by checking the Real Time Screen for "Trunk Short/Fill" which should both be Zero unless you are running out of trunks. Be sure your Max Trunks and Calls Per Second are OK with your provider, of course.
