Hi guys,

I am almost there I think. After I got my carrier setup I am now getting a 'Noone is in your session: 8600051' message after 17 seconds of being logged in as an Agent. I searched the forums for this message and found some information but not sure it relates to my scenario. I did try and change the NTP server and made sure the time is absolutely in sync. Is there anything else I can check or is this one of those 'reinstall and hope for better luck' type of things?

NVM this one. Figured this out.

Forgot to login x-lite before I started. Yeah, I am THAT new to this platform
