Noone is in your session: 8600051 on VICIBox

Postby tonywang » Thu Sep 17, 2009 7:16 am

I got the popular problem "Noone is in your session: 8600051 " need your kindly help. I do follow the manager manual / tutorial / A. Create a campaign, load leads, add a list, add users and start dialing

Bellow is configuration & log for your reference.

I install VICIBox 1.0.0.rc2 from iso image. I use xlite. xlite is successful connect to asterisk. I heard "you are the only one inconference...." prompt after phone ring when login. The codec in xlite use ulaw & gsm. It is the same with sip.conf of Asterisk.

I can use xliter dail into 8600051 & prompt "you are currently be only the person in the conference".

I checked the asterisk version. It is 1.2.30.2. I changed it in VICIDIAL admin. But it is the same! Should I restart the server again?

Million thanks for your great help. It's work now. The root cause just like you said, change the Asterisk Version in the Admin -> Servers section of admin.php to what we are using currently, 1.2.30.2. then reboot. Everything going fine! Great thanks for your advise. If there is a configuration checking list for the new comer like us then it will be more easily.
