Report Display Options - in Real Time Report

Hi All,

Is it possible to restrict Users from viewing the ALL ACTIVE campaigns in the Report Display OPtions in the REAL-TIME REPORT in other words, I want to restrict some users from being able to access certain campaigns reports.

I have four campaigns and I dont want my Inbound supervisors being able to access certain campaigns in the REAL-TIME REPORT area of my outbound campaign.

That is not currently a feature, I would suggest posting it to the issue tracker and either writing the code or considering sponsoring the code addition.

Apparently, this was a viewing issue:

Resolution:

Click Reports>Real-Time Main Report>Chose Report Display Options> Inbound = Yes

I had been using the default of Inbound = No

Resolution: Inbound = Yes

And this resolved the issue.
