Guys,
I built Vicibox 2.0.1 today and tried logging in with 6666/1234 with no luck. I logged into the terminal and checked the vicidial_user table for the username and password combination and it said 6666/1234 but still would not let me login. Any ideas on why this might be?
Thanks!

Please post your astguiclient.conf here along with any errors that are given when you try to login.

Kumba,
Sorry I had to send it to you as a PM. The forum would not let me post the contents of the astguiclient.conf file. I guess I am too new here.
Can you please post it so others may be able to benefit?
Thanks!

I'm not sure why this happened, but I fixed it on the next install cycle. It turns out that if you don't use the default username and password for mysql, it will break the ability to login and out even if you add access to the mysql table for the username and password combination created.
Is there a posting in here about changing mysql usernames and passwords?
Thanks Everyone!

After the install, you can change the mysql usernames and passwords to anything you want, then just change them in /etc/astguiclient.conf to match. That should be all it takes providing you give the new ones the proper permissions.
