not a valid extension

hi all i try to make a test call but a error messages say sorry not a valid extension.. i tried to change the CONFERENCE LISTINGS and the VICIDIAL CONFERENCE LISTINGS but unsuccessful it doesn't change at all after i click the submitt button... i try to change it because it still using the default ip not my server ip..

what happened there with the failed extension? were you able to log in and answer your agent phone but unable to dial after that or what?
