Both of these boxes, when going into a campaign and clicking "audio chooser" next to "Answering Machine Message" it pops up with an empty white box, with no close button. Weirdly enough, when clicking on "audio chooser" next to "Safe Harbor Audio" and "Blind Monitor Filename" it puts the white box where the "Answering Machine Message" field is.
