that's my issue...i don't know where and how to begin. redoing the whole server will be my last resort.
I searched all the forums but no luck.
my dialer is already up just need to add ut50 on it.

I think my installation failed because we are experiencing bad lines. Can someone PLEASE help me in installing this device.

maybe you can start by posting how you installed it when it failed,
use the command history or explain in detail what you did

I inserted UT50
ran modprobe wanpipe_voicetime
Edited Zap_Mod = wanpipe_voicetime
Then I ran all the sangoma trouble shooting steps on their website and all the results are ok..

Need your help with my sangoma voice time. I don't really know if I installed it correctly because we are having choppy lines. Even eyebeam to eyebeam.
Already confirmed that it is not a network problem because I have 2 providers. Already tried both.
Already searched google on how to install it on vicibox, no luck.

Please someone help.

It can still be a network problem, your internal network, check the respond-time and speed to both your carrier and your gateway and so on

maybe it has something to do with these two posts your the author to, because they didn't seam to be resolved:

I have not used ut50 but I've been looking around a little.
check if the wanpipe_voicetime-module is loaded with:
lsmod | grep wanpipe_voicetime

but I guess it is loaded and working because that dahdi_test seamed to work
