Vicibox server 64 Preload No Live Call

Hello,

I tried installing Vicibox server 64bit Preload, using the express and cluster options and in both cases I can make a manual call but the agent webpage stays on "NO LIVE CALL". Also can not hang up the call via the agent webpage.
The setup is pretty much just adding a test campaign and a test phone.

when you make this "manual call" are you checking the override box? (if so, don't ... that's your problem ...)

Also, I note that you have only one post and you did not include your configuration, so you are today's proud recipient of the Newbie Suggestions

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (including .iso name ...) and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

I strongly suggest you start at the first page of the Vicidial Manager's Manual and work your way to the end (or until everything you want ... works). But don't skip anything because you think you don't need, it, LOL. If you bump into a problem, bring us the Manager's Manual Version, Page, and Line upon which you stumbled in addition to the error on your screen or asterisk CLI and we'll walk you through it.

That's what we're here for. Seriously: Perform all the exercises in the Manual and you'll begin to get used to the features (at least a few of them, to be functional ...).
